Elaion Terra, land of the olive trees as translated in the Greek language is a boutique guest house located in Theologos village, Thassos Island’s first capital.

A place with narrow stone streets, old stone houses with slate tile roofing standing proudly, surrounded by forest’s rich green color. Insisting on perfection and paying attention to detail every one of our rooms is designed towards a comfortable and memorable stay.

The fine noise of the river’s water flowing under the 1917 stone bridge, few steps away of the guesthouse, forms a nostalgic and peaceful environment as well. Wooden ceiling, elegant lighting, dentelated curtains add a touch of modernism while following traditional architectural guidelines. In the garden, it is served daily, traditional homemade Greek breakfast from a buffet made by locally sourced ingredients.
